Shaun White's Whitespace debuted a luggage collection in collaboration with Louis Vuitton for the Winter Olympic Games held in Beijing. The project was initiated by Shaun White, an Olympic snowboarder, and fashion designer Virgil Abloh, as revealed through their social media posts. The collection features four bespoke luggage pieces, showcasing the iconic all-black monogram print of the French fashion house and adorned with a pristine white logo. Notably, the assortment includes a snowboard case and a guitar case, marking the first of its kind for the Maison. The exquisite pieces were crafted in the French atelier, requiring more than 250 hours of labor and involving over 100 steps in the production process.
